Production Process

Doğanlar Dişli is an industrial company with many years of experience in gear manufacturing. It produces high quality gears by using the most advanced technologies and modern equipment in the production process. The production stages are as follows

Design and Engineering: Each gear is specially designed according to the customer's requirements. Gear geometry and function are optimised using advanced engineering software.
Material selection: Durable and performance-oriented materials are used. Different steels, alloys and hardened materials are preferred depending on the gear type.
Production: CNC machines, milling, turning and other precision machining techniques are used for high-precision production.
Assembly: If the manufactured gears are to be used in a specific system, assembly and integration processes are also carried out.

Quality Control

Doğanlar Dişli gives priority to quality at every stage of the production process. Quality control processes are carried out in the following steps:

Input control: The raw materials used are checked for compliance with the specified standards.
Production control: Frequent measurements and tests are carried out during the production stages. These tests check the accuracy of tooth geometry, hardness and durability.
Final inspection: The finished gears are subjected to final testing. At this stage, each gear is checked for functionality and compliance with customer requirements.
Reporting: Quality test results are reported for each production batch and presented to the customer.
